The Sarmma QuickBooks Connector (the "Application") is a private, internal software tool developed, owned, and operated by Sarmma Creative Inc. ("Sarmma"), a company based in British Columbia, Canada. The Application integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online solely to support Sarmma's own internal bookkeeping, including the preparation of draft invoices from Sarmma's time-tracking records.
The Application is not offered, licensed, distributed, or made available to the public or to any third party. There are no external end users. The only authorized user of the Application is Sarmma and its designated personnel. No license, right, or permission of any kind is granted to any other person or entity to access or use the Application.
The Application connects exclusively to Sarmma's own QuickBooks Online company file, with authorization granted by Sarmma through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 consent process. The Application does not access, process, or store QuickBooks data belonging to any other individual or organization.
The Application and all associated materials are the property of Sarmma Creative Inc. QuickBooks and related marks are the property of Intuit Inc. Sarmma's use of Intuit's APIs is governed by the Intuit Developer Terms of Service.
The Application is provided "as is" for Sarmma's internal use, without warranties of any kind. Because the Application has no external users, Sarmma accepts no liability to any third party arising from its operation.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
